Sergio Labarile, restaurant manager, One Twenty One Two
The Royal Horseguards has appointed Sergio Labarile as restaurant manager for the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, One Twenty One Two.
In his new role, Labarile will be responsible for working closely with head chef Ryan Matheson and head pastry chef Joanne Todd. He brings 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the role, having worked at many London restaurants including Sketch and Hibiscus.
