Adam Gray, executive head chef, Skylon
Skylon restaurant has appointed Adam Gray as executive head chef, replacingHelena Puolakka.
Gray joins the restaurant after a period developing the restaurant at The Red Lion and he previously spent many years working alongside Gary Rhodes where he maintained a Michelin star for over a decade.
His arrival signals an ‘exciting new chapter’ for Skylon. He will bring his own style of dishes, updated for a modern crowd with classic combinations of flavour.
