Michael Wignall, head chef at two Michelin-starred restaurant The Latymer at Pennyhill Park, is to run a short pop-up at the Rib Room Bar & Restaurant in Knightsbridge next month.

Running from 15-18 May, the pop-up will serve diners an eight course tasting menu with dishes including Pyrenean mountain pork belly cooked for 36 hours, golden enoki and swede in pork crackling. 

Wignall, who saw his Surrey restaurant gain its second Michelin star in September last year,​ said he was looking forward to cooking in the capital:

"I am really looking forward to working at the award-winning Rib Room alongside their well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase my unique style of cooking to the London audience and those who might not otherwise experience it at Michael Wignall at The Latymer."

Michael Wignall at The Latymer in Pennyhill Park, Surrey opened in 2008.
