One Eleven, Farnborough, Hampshire - 15 April
Aviator, the design-led hotel from TAG Group, launched One Eleven this month – an informal, British restaurant and bar.
The 46-cover restaurant is headed up by executive chef Luke Wheaton, with ‘familiar food’ priced between £17 and £27 a head for a full meal.
“One Eleven is a concept that we’ve had in the pipeline for about a year now and we’re delighted to have had the opportunity to launch it this month,” Aviator’s general manager, Michael Helling, told BigHospitality.
The One Eleven restaurant opened in the Aviator hotel in Farnborough, Hampshire, on 15 April.
