Catering equipment supplier Magrini has extended its range of kitchen blenders for the café market with the launch of the Blendtec Chef blender, on show at the Caffé Culture Show today (stand G4).

Product details:

A full range of blended drinks, soups and sauces can be created from the one machine, which has a 2000W motor offering varying speeds.

The Chef comes complete with three containers including the Wildside jar which, due to its unique design, eliminates the need to use plungers and with its wide base allows all of the ingredients to be removed from the container, reducing expensive food waste. The product also has an optional sound enclosure.

It has 20 speed settings, with a high and low pulse and three memory buttons which enables the user to save blend cycles for repeated use. The unit can can be used with or without a sound enclosure and can sit on or be fitted directly into your countertop.

The blender has precise controls allowing the user to create bespoke programs for different recipes. The Chef’s innovative blend cycle memory enables you to customise recipes and save them at the touch of a button, to be used by other kitchen staff.
