Hari Nagaraj, operations manager, Cinnamon Group
Vivek Singh, executive chef of modern Indian restaurants The Cinnamon Club, Cinnamon Kitchen and Cinnamon Soho, has announced that Hari Nagaraj has been promoted from Manager of The Cinnamon Club to Operations Manager across all three restaurants.
Having worked within the Cinnamon Group for twelve years, Nagaraj has held various positions including head chef at The Cinnamon Club where he helped to evolve the food and wine menus. He was then appointed as manager of The Cinnamon Club, where he oversaw the running of the restaurant.
His new role as operations manager will include helping to grow sales across the group, inspiring his teams to perform at their very best, and encouraging the energy and commitment needed to provide exemplary customer experience.
