Sodexo Prestige - Sodexo’s corporate dining, hospitality and events division - has appointed Alex Beaumont to the role of head of events.
Beaumont, who joined the business in 2006 as catering development manager, is now responsible for Sodexo Prestige’s event business which includes a portfolio of high profile public events such as RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Royal Ascot and The Open Golf Championship.
He is involved in everything from staff recruitment and training, risk assessment and site management to menu tasting and the look and feel of catering offers and hospitality packages.
