QHotels has also taken on Caroline Gemmell as the group spa manager across the group.
In her new role, Gemmell is responsible for QHotels’ 18 spas, as well as developing robust partnerships with the hotel teams and spa brands available at the hotels. Her focus will be on ensuring customer service is at the highest standard, as well as implementing on-the-ground learning and development schemes with all spa team members.
She said: “This is an exciting opportunity for me to really establish QHotels as the market leader for spa in the UK. Holistic and spa treatments are an integral part of enriching people’s lives and at QHotels we really want to make a difference by creating new treatments within all of our 18 spa hotels."
