Ardanaiseig hotel in Scotland has announced that their executive chef, Gary Goldie, will be leaving after 15 years and his sous chef Cornel Uys will now be taking the helm as head chef.
“This is a really exciting opportunity for me and a really exciting time for the Ardanaiseig," said Uys. "We just want to continue to produce great food. There are projects underway that we will be able to announce details of shortly – watch this space."
