With visitor numbers to this year's London Coffee Festival up 38 per cent on last year and the UK coffee shop market predicted to turn over more than £8bn by 2017, interest in coffee certainly remains high. 

To help operators benefit from the increasing interest in coffee Nespresso has compiled a seven step guide for BigHospitality readers to help boost sales of the hot beverage. 

The coffee company, which supplies The Square, The Fat Duck and the 10 in 8 Group, among others, with its Grand Crus coffee, believes that there are seven steps operators can follow to increase coffee sales.
