The Five Fields, Chelsea, London - 21 May
American chef Taylor Bonnyman launched The Five Fields restaurant in Chelsea this month, having assembled a team which includes former staff members of Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley, Tom Aikens Restaurant and Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons.
The 40-cover fine-dining venue features a modern, seasonal menu inspired by the area between Chelsea and Belgravia which was known as The Five Fields in the 18th century.
