One Leicester Street, Chinatown, London - 1 May
One Leicester Street, the 15-bedroom hotel and restaurant formerly operated as St John Chinatown, was re-opened at the beginning of May.
Boutique hotel and restaurant operator Unlisted Collection, which now operates thirteen hotels and restaurants including the Town Hall Hotel and Nuno Mendes' Michelin-star restaurant Viajante, acquired the Soho venue from administration at the beginning of the year.
Singapore hotelier and restaurateur Peng Loh, the Unlisted Collection founder, said: "I’m ever so pleased to be bringing the Unlisted Collection to Soho and Chinatown. One Leicester Street will offer guests exceptional quality within a relaxed environment."
