Jamie Dobbin, head chef, One Canada Square
The ETM Group has announced the appointment of Jamie Dobbin as the head chef of its new modern European restaurant and cocktail bar, One Canada Square, which opens in Canary Wharf in September.
Dobbin joins ETM Group from The Club at The Ivy where he was head chef for five years since its opening in 2008.
Tom Martin, co-founder of ETM Group said: “The opening of One Canada Square this autumn will be an exciting and busy period for us. We are very confident however that Jamie will take all of this in his stride and deliver the high standard of food that his name has become synonymous with. We are delighted to have him heading up the kitchen at One Canada Square.”
