Graham Harrower, head chef, Sandeman's Fine Dining & Fonab Brasserie
The team at the soon-to-open Fonab Castle Hotel in Perthshire has appointed head chef Graham Harrower to run their Sandeman’s Fine Dining restaurant and the more casual Fonab Brasserie.
Harrower joins from five-star resort The Langdale Estate in the Lake District, where he headed up four restaurants and bars. His roots are in Scotland where he worked as a commis chef for Michelin-starred One Devonshire Gardens in Glasgow and Cromlix Country House Hotel near Dunblane.
“We’re looking forward to see Graham’s love of fresh, Scottish food transformed into delicious menus for both Sandemans Fine Dining and Sandemans Brasserie," said Fonab Castle Hotel general manager Peter Sim. "Graham’s appointment completes our senior team here at Fonab and we’re looking forward to opening our doors to hotel guests and diners alike this summer."
