Marco's New York Italian, Hoylake, Wirral - 17 June
Celebrity chef Marco Pierre White re-opened his Hoylake restaurant this month after re-branding the Wirral venue, which was previously operated under the name Frankie's Bar & Grill, as Marco's New York Italian.
The restaurant, originally opened with race jockey Frankie Dettori, is a partnership with Sanguine Hospitality which also operates the neighbouring Holiday Inn Express hotel.
Marco’s New York Italian features an all-day menu focused on 'authentic Italian-American classics'.
"New York Italian is a cuisine which I love whole-heartedly. It celebrates resourcefulness and culinary intervention, and it is those key elements which I have tried to capture when devising the new menu for Marco’s New York Italian," the chef said.
