The British Hospitality Association's second British Hospitality & Tourism Summit saw hundreds of members of the industry come together at the InterContinental Hotel on Park Lane last month to talk about issues affecting the industry and discuss plans to create 30,000 jobs by 2015.
Visas, VAT and how to target the Government were under the microscope for the first half of the conference while the second half moved its attention to how the association's Big Conversation for jobs was helping to recruit young people into the industry with several young people, including Leanne Gayle (pictured here speaking to BHA chief executive Ufi Ibrahim) reveal how the Springboard-backed scheme had changed their lives.
