P&G Professional has created special cleaning packs for operators who are just starting out in the hospitality sector which it says will help them create the right impression from the start.

Product details:

P&G Professional, the division of Procter & Gamble serving the hospitality, foodservice and cleaning industry, has created new business start-up packs designed to help new hospitality operators kick-start their business and ensure hygiene standards are high from the start. The packs include full size bottles of washing up liquid, disinfecting multi-surface cleanser and disinfecting sanitary cleaner with a cleaning caddy to store the products in.

USP:

As P&G Professional says, the first few months of running a new business are critical, but can be stressful. Jayne Clark, P&G Professional sales director for UK & Ireland, said: “Supporting the interests of independent hospitality operators up and down the country is something we’re really proud of at P&G Professional. Anyone that has the courage to open a new business, especially in these economic times, deserves our respect and we’re happy to help give them a head start to achieving success.”

The packs are being sent to 500 new start-up businesses within the industry. For more information visit www.pgpro.co.uk

Why you should have one:

A recent spring cleaning survey commissioned by P&G Professional showed that cleanliness is intrinsically linked to business reputation with 97 per cent of guests agreeing that cleanliness is the most important factor when choosing a restaurant, café, bar or hotel – more important than cost, service, location and little perks.
