Kerrymaid has added a UHT Frozen Yoghurt Mix to its range for foodservice to give outlets a simple way to capitalise on the growing consumer trend for the sweet treat.

Product details​:

Kerrymaid's Frozen Yoghurt Mix is an ambient product mix that simply needs to be poured into an ice cream machine and mixed before serving. Each serving contains approximately 100 calories and can be dressed up with the addition of fruit, syrups, sauces and other ingredients. The product has a shelf life of nine months and comes in a one litre carton. 

USP:

Recent independent consumer research, commissioned by Kerrymaid, shows a very high rate of trial and repeat purchase of frozen yogurt and a positive perception as a healthier alternative to ice cream. As Kerrymaid also points out frozen yoghurt can be served as a low-fat dessert or a snack with operators even able to provoke impulse purchase with targeted POS material.
