Packed lunch specialist Chef in a Box has launched a range of ambient breakfast boxes to enable caterers and hoteliers to provide an on-the-go option for customers.

Product details:

Chef in a Box's Wake Up range consists of three breakfast boxes that can hold either three, four or five different breakfast products from a selection of the following: Juice Burst Orange Juice Bottle; a Weetabix Cereal & Milk Biscuit Bar; an IO Fruit & Seed Mix; a Wicked Blueberry Muffin, an Elm Farm Strawberry Yoghurt and a Mentos Mint. Boxes, which open out into trays to provide breakfast 'on the go' come in a cases of 30.

The boxes allow caterers and hoteliers to provide breakfast to guests in a range of different circumstances - from early checkouts to those wanting  providing for excursions, or simply for those businesses wanting to offer breakfast without having the staff or space to prepare it in. They do not need refrigeration, just storage in a cool, dry area.

Three item box: £2.50; four item box: £3.00 and five item box: £3.50.

Directly from Chef in a Box. Call 0800 281 277 or email. The company is currently offering all customers a risk-free introductory offer: order a case of breakfast boxes and if they’re not sold by the use-by-date CIAB will send replacements for those unsold.

Why you should buy it:

Frank Butler, Chef in a Box general manager, said: “Research shows that 21 per cent of guests leave their hotel without breakfast in the morning, which means lost revenue for hoteliers. At CIAB our vision for the industry is to see every hotel in the UK providing breakfasts for their guests regardless of their schedule or situation. With our new on-the-go breakfast range, the priority is to achieve total customer satisfaction whilst helping hoteliers maximise their food and beverage income.”
