Grillshack
Taking up residence in the former Alphabet Bar on Soho's Beak Street in London is Grillshack, the latest Richard Caring-backed project which is run by ex-Gordon Ramsay chef Mark Askew and Hannah Bass, formerly of Hakkasan and ETM Group.
The counter-service restaurant has a simple, keenly-priced menu with breakfast from £3.25 to a grilled rump steak and shoestring fries for £9.95. At Grillshack diners can order directly from staff and have food delivered to their table, or by-pass humans altogether and order from touchscreen order points or via an app.
