With the closure of HIX Belgravia in November last year, Thompson's Belgraves Hotel was left with a restaurant-shaped hole to fill.
Cue British chef Sophie Michell, who stepped in to open Pont St, a seafood restaurant which features 'light and healthy' dishes inspired by her time spent in California, Australia and the Mediterranean.
The 80-cover restaurant was given an overhaul by British designer Tara Bernerd with charcoal emerald velvet banquettes and cream leather chairs before opening its doors last week.
