Compass, whose restaurant brand Restaurant Associates has run the restaurant within the city-based building for the last 10 years, won the £750k contract after impressing its owners with 'impeccable service quality, dedication to continual improvement through innovation and team engagement and development solutions.'
The news follows Restaurant Associates' news last week that Anthony Demetre would be running a 12-week pop-up restaurant from October called AD12 at T42 on the site occupied by Rhodes Twenty-Four.
Rapport managing director Greg Mace said: “This an extremely exciting time for both Rapport and Restaurant Associates at Tower 42. We are delighted to bring our personal and intuitive service to Tower 42, creating great first and lasting impressions. We look forward to implementing a seamless service at the main reception desk for all who pass through this iconic London building.”
The contract includes the provision of services at Tower 42's adjacent building at 30 Old Broad Street.
