Interstate Hotels & Resorts has appointed Adam Mundayas the new general manager of its flagship hotel and restaurant in Birmingham City Centre - Hotel Indigo Birmingham.
Munday, who previously opened Hotel Indigo in Newcastle, has 18 years’ experience in hospitality and has been working for Interstate Hotels & Resorts for two years.
“Birmingham is an area which is full of passion, vibrancy and culture,” he said. “I left the area 10 years ago and in that time the city has changed remarkably.
“There is so much potential in Birmingham and I’m excited about being given the opportunity to manage one of its premier venues. I want to prove that you don’t have to go down to London to experience the finer things in life, if you look hard enough, it can be found right on your doorstep.”
