Emma Fairhurst, general manager, Colmore Gate
De Vere Venues has appointed Emma Fairhurst as general manager of Colmore Gate in Birmingham.
Fairhurst brings with her 15 years of experience in hotel and conference venues in both operations and management roles, having previously held positions at Pedersen Hotels and Principal Hayley and most recently launched the Radisson Blu Hotel at East Midlands Airport as director of operations.
"Colmore Gate is one of the newest venues to join the De Vere portfolio, and following 12 highly successful months since opening its doors, I’m really excited about taking the venue to the next stage and establishing Colmore Gate as the premier meeting and events space in the city," she said.
