Family-owned pastry manufacturer Pidy has launched a range of flavoursome ‘Spicy Cups’ which can be used as canapés and filled with a variety of fillings.

Product details:

The Spicy Cups come in four flavours - African falafel; Asian curry; Mexican chilli and Southern pepper. They include various fragrant ingredients from chillies, aromatics and a mixture of ground spices.

They come in four colours that correlate to the spice from a red canapé cup for the Southern Pepper flavour to a green canapé cup for the Asian Curry flavour.

USP:

Spicy Cups are ideal for creating unusual and flavoursome canapés. They can be filled with a variety of fillings from seafood, vegetables to salsa, mint and sweet chilli sauces.
