Despite placing part of his focus on the opening a gastropub with Dominic Jack this year, Tom Kitchin managed to hold onto the Best Restaurant in Scotland title for a second year running. Here he receives his award from Daniel Hutchens, national customer development manager for Speyside Glenlivet, also sponsor of the Best Restaurant in Northern Ireland and Best Restaurant in Wales awards.
