The three new restaurants will open in Wokingham, Leatherhead and Oxford before Christmas, taking the Cleaver estate up to four.
Serving a selection of chicken, burgers and ribs as well as three salads and a selection of sides, Cleaver places emphasis on the provenance of its produce.
The restaurant's layout also does away with divisions between the bar, kitchen and seating area to make the cooking a central feature.
Cleaver operations manager, Scott Charlesworth, said: “We are looking forward to opening the three new Cleaver restaurants. We believe that they will each be good additions to the eating out scene in their respective towns.”
Prezzo decided to press forward with the new concept after its trial site, which opened in Cobham in June, was a success.
