Bonzer has launched the Kisag HotWhip blender in the UK to help chefs save time when preparing sauces, mousses and desserts.

Product details:

The Kisag HotWhip is a stainless steel Swiss-made blender which both blends and heats liquids for use in a variety of dishes, such as sauces, mousses and desserts and removes the need for chefs to stand over a pan and constantly stir its contents. It has a continuous run time of up to three hours and a temperature range of 40 to 90ºC, allowing it to heat liquids and then keep them warm until service and offers nine different stirring speeds - from 900 to 6,000 revolutions per minute. Both the blade and container are dishwasher safe.

Bonzer managing director Guy Cooper says the machine gives chefs the chance to focus on other tasks in the kitchen while it carries on with the job of making sauces as well as offering reliability and consistency.

Why you should buy it:

Cooper said: "The Kisag HotWhip can revolutionise many of the processes undertaken in a range of kitchens thanks to its high efficiency and precise temperature control. Giving a high-quality output and time saving benefits, we believe that it will be like another pair of hands in the kitchen for busy chefs."
