Bonzer launches Kisag HotWhip blender

The Kisag HotWhip is a stainless steel Swiss-made blender which both blends and heats liquids for use in a variety of dishes, such as sauces, mousses and desserts and removes the need for chefs to stand over a pan and constantly stir its contents. It has a continuous run time of up to three hours and a temperature range of 40 to 90ºC, allowing it to heat liquids and then keep them warm until service and offers nine different stirring speeds - from 900 to 6,000 revolutions per minute. Both the blade and container are dishwasher safe.
