Rosewood London, High Holborn
US hotel company Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has this week opened the doors to Rosewood London after a major refurbishment and rebranding of the five-star Chancery Court Hotel in Holborn.
The 262-bedroom and 44-suite hotel has been redesigned as a ‘stylish London residence’ by New York-based Tony Chi and Associates.
Meanwhile the hotel’s new F&B offering will include Holborn Dining Room. Opening in February in the space currently occupied by Pearl Restaurant and Bar, the new restaurant will be operated by Des McDonald who looks to bring a ‘fun, vibrant atmosphere’ to the historic setting.
Pictured here, though, is the hotel’s bar, designed by the renowned Martin Brudnizki; featuring warm, cosy and comfortable furniture and an extensive cocktail list accompanied by a menu of curries and casseroles, spicy Indian dishes and European-style stews.
