Peyton & Byrne will operate two cafes and supply event catering at the Imperial War Museums next year
Peyton & Byrne has won a seven year contract to provide catering at the Imperial War Museum (IWM) in London. 

Under the contract, Peyton & Byrne will operate two cafes and a provide event catering at the venue in Lambeth, which is currently undergoing re-development, when it re-launches next summer. 

The caterer's food offering will be seasonal and modern British. 

Oliver Peyton said: "Working with IWM and Foster & Partners is a privilege - the significant historical environment is inspiring and we are excited about the opportunity to collaborate on a completely new way of looking at the visitor experience with the museum team." 

Diane Lees, director general of IWM said: “2014 is a huge year for IWM, and we are really excited that our new and improved museum will fully open to the public in less than a year’s time. One of the driving factors in our redevelopment was to improve the experience for our visitors and we are delighted that Peyton and Byrne have come on board, to join us on this journey and run our brand new cafés.”
