Frozen ready meal manufacturer Classic Cuisine has unveiled a number of new editions to its product range including a chicken tikka pie, salmon en croute and aubergine Parmigianino tart. 

Product details:

Revealed at a press launch at the Classic Cuisine factory in Northampton earlier this month, the new products are part of the firm’s bid to ‘provide a solution for all our customers’.

The chicken tikka pie is topped with Bombay potatoes and enclosed in a flavoursome turmeric and onion-seeded pastry.

From its fish and seafood range, Classic Cuisine is also now serving up salmon en croute with hand-torn oyster mushrooms, asparagus and a cream cheese sauce.

And on its vegetarian menu, the new aubergine Parmigianino tart features layers of courgetter and aubergine topped with Parmigianino reggiano cheese and breadcrumbs.

USP:

At the press launch, Classic Cuisine’s sales director Mark Dean talked in detail about the unique selling points of Classic Cuisine and why it has become a ‘market leader’ in the ready meals industry. “It’s our hand finished products - we offer our customers great flexibility and we work to very detailed specifications which gives us great continuity,” said Dean.

“We have been noted for being the benchmark for the frozen ready meal sector. We produce such as vast range of products from beef, poultry, fish and pork to a range of vegetarian and dessert products.”

“We have invested a great deal of time and effort in developing our range so that it meets our client’s specifications, we use seasonal ingredients and our quality control is very strict.

“Fundamentally new product development is high priority and the increase in sales with our unique products proves that what we are doing is working.”
