Cream Supplies has launched Xmas Pudding Flavour Drops to allow chefs and bar staff to easily add a festive taste to food and drinks this Christmas.

Product details:

The new Xmas Pudding Flavour Drops from Cream Supplies is a concentrated water-based flavouring which is loaded with festive flavours including orange, lemon, apple, cinnamon, clove, raisin and currant. Just one to two ml (one to two drops) is enough to flavour one litre of base liquid and they can be added to food or drinks, so suitable in the kitchen or behind the bar. The drops, which are free of sugar and artificial ingredients, come in a 30ml glass bottle with a pipette, have a shelf-life of 18 months to two years and last up to six months when opened.

USP:

The drops don't contain alcohol, which means they won't evaporate quickly when used with hot foods and also aren't affected at freezing point, making them suitable for a wide variety of food and drinks.

Price:

£5.95 per 30ml bottle.

Availability:

Available for next day delivery direct from the Cream Supplies website www.creamsupplies.co.uk.

Why you should buy it:

A spokesperson for Cream Supplies said the drops were a 'highly versatile, multi-use flavouring' that could be added to a variety of food, hot and cold drinks and cocktails with ease this Christmas . "They are an exceptionally efficient method of adding flavour and because they are so highly concentrated, can be used very sparingly," he said.
