Catering equipment supplier Cuisinequip has launched a new heavy-duty induction stockpot stove for the professional kitchen.

Product details:

Cuisinequip, the sister company of Valentine Equipment, has launched the a heavy duty Induction Stockpot Stove for the professional kitchen. Powered by Swiss designed sixth generation induction technology, Galaxy Plus, it offers a responsible, fast, consistent and effective way of cooking for chefs. The temperature of the unit is controlled by an automatic internal cooling system which prevents damage from overheating. Designed without seams it also has a washable grease filter, to make it easy to clean and use. It also comes with two braked and two un-braked castors and a pot-guard to the rear for stability when the stockpot is in use. It has a five year warranty as standard.

USP:

The Induction Stockpot Stove has been specially designed for tough, commercial use and claims to be a more cost-effective way of producing stock compared to doing so with solid top or gas cooking as energy is only consumed when the pot is on the hob. It also cooks more consistently because the temperature of the unit is controlled by an automatic internal cooling system.
