A Slippery Slope

Posted by JDT,

The licensing industry is under a huge strain at present with falling numbers for many local public houses - and the police are equally under strain - and youngsters are abusing their bodies with alcohol too easily available - we are building up a time bomb and personal licence holders at least keep a modicomb of control - they should remain with better training as they are on the front line - councils work 9 to 5pm weekdays and only really control the paperwork. Damage has already been done with the change of licensing hours dont make it worse!
