The final 67 pubs from the Bramwell Pub Company estate, situated throughout England, Scotland and Wales, have been placed on the market through specialist property advisor Christie & Co.

The collection of pubs, four of which are in London, are said to be in ‘excellent trading locations’ in towns, cities, high streets and retail centres. Other locations include Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Cardiff.

“We’re delighted to present this final tranche of Bramwell Pub Company sites to the market,” said Christie & Co’s director Neil Morgan.

“The package encompasses pubs of a very good quality, all of which are trading and all in excellent locations for future trading potential. The sites would suit existing pub and restaurant operators and are available as group or individual assets.”

Bramwell Pub Company, the 185-strong managed pub operator, fell into administration at the end of October. Last week, Stonegate Pub Company acquired 78 pubs from the administrators in a deal reportedly worth £35m.
