Steve Dolinsky, the Chicago-based ‘hungry hound’ and food commentator for ABC Television, will be on-hand to guide restaurant operators around the best dining-out concepts in what is one of the most competitive hospitality environments in the world.
Consultancy firm Technomic will also be in attendance to offer insight into emerging industry trends in the US.
