Restaurant operators are being encouraged to sign-up for an educational and feature-packed study tour of Chicago next May.

Organised by sister titles Restaurant and M&C Report, the '72 Hours in Chicago 2014' tour takes in dining experiences, a seminar on US trends and the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show, which attracts 60,000 people annually.

Steve Dolinsky, the Chicago-based ‘hungry hound’ and food commentator for ABC Television, will be on-hand to guide restaurant operators around the best dining-out concepts in what is one of the most competitive hospitality environments in the world.

Consultancy firm Technomic will also be in attendance to offer insight into emerging industry trends in the US.

Price for restaurant operators is £1,950 plus VAT. This includes:

  • Flights (including premium economy return leg)
  • Transfers
  • Non-shared accommodation in city centre
  • Breakfasts, three evening meals and two lunches
  • Organised leisure activity
  • Entry to the NRA show
  • Exclusive Technomic presentation

The tour will run from 15 to 19 May. To book, or for more details, contact Emily Croft at rzvyl.pebsg@jeoz.pbz or on 01293 846578.
