Funkin's new Pina Colada mixer is a blend of juices which can be added to white rum to produce an authentic Pina Colada cocktail. Made with limes from Mexico and Spain, Caribbean coconuts and golden and cayenne pineapples from Ghana and the Ivory Coast, it is homogenised before being put into 1-litre packs. With the addition of rum, each pack can create 10 cocktails or three pitchers and can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days once opened.
