Xavier Boyer, chef de cuisine, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon
Chef Xavier Boyer has been revealed as the newly appointed chef de Cuisine at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in London.
Boyer began his career with Robuchon 12 years ago at Le Laurent, Paris and continued showcasing his culinary talent with L’Atelier’s outposts in New York and Taipei. He is called upon by frequently for appearances on Gourmet TV, France’s premier culinary broadcast channel.
A native of Montpellier, the chef studied culinary and pastry arts at Paris' L'Ecole Superieur de la Cuisine Francaise, then graduated from Lycée Saint-Joseph du Parchamps in Boulogne.
