Mark Walker, executive head chef, Mere Golf Resort & Spa
The Mere Golf Resort & Spa has appointed Mark Walker as executive head chef.
Walker joins the resort from neighbouring Rookery Hall where he held the position of head chef since 2009. He will be responsible for the day to day running of the all of the kitchens, as well as creating and designing menus for the resort from banqueting, meeting and events to the hotel’s renowned Brown's eatery, Club Lounge and Spa restaurant.
