Q90 Deep Fat Fryers
Ten high-performance, heavy-duty deep fat fryers have been introduced as part of 'Q90' - the Middleby Group’s new 70-piece modular range of 900mm deep commercial catering equipment.
Developed in Italy but engineered and manufactured here in the UK at Lincat’s dedicated production facilities, Q90 fryers successfully blend aesthetics and technology by bringing together manufacturing expertise from the north of the continent with the creative flair found in the south.
Each is equipped with either single or twin 20-litre frying tanks, pressed from a single piece of steel to eliminate dirt traps. Cleaning is made easier by heating elements, which can be rotated and locked in place, safely out of the way.
In addition to fryers, the Q90 range of gas and electric equipment includes oven ranges, boiling tops, griddles and chargrills, as well as bains marie, pasta cookers, boiling kettles, bratt pans and ambient units.
