Catering equipment manufacturer Burco's innovative ‘Plug and Go’ countertop range of cooking units is ideal for chefs looking to make the most of limited kitchen space and reduce overheads.
The new range features seven separate units which can be purchased separately or as part of a fully functioning suite. With a standard depth of 600mm and a working height of 275mm, the individual units fit neatly together on the kitchen surface. They are powered by a standard 13 amp plug for single-phase power and they have a stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning.
