Dirty Bones
London's Kensington has finally become part of the dude-food revolution with the arrival of hotdog venue Dirty Bones. The venture, which opened its doors on 16 January, is a hotdog kiosk by day, but at night a secret door gives way to a full-service restaurant which serves a menu of fried chicken and steaks alongside hotdogs, all designed by ex-Fat Duck Experimental Kitchen chef Ross Clark.
