Line-up for Development Chef Summit announced

The event, run by BigHospitality's sister publication Restaurant Magazine, will take place at Westminster Kingsway catering college and include cooking demonstrations, tastings and talks on a wide range of subjects.
Speakers will include Ed’s Easy Diner chief executive Andrew Guy, Ask Italian head of food Jeena Rodrigues, high-profile chef Theo Randall, Peach pubs founder Lee Cash and Ross Clarke, group creative development chef at Kensington restaurant Dirty Bones.
Also taking to the stage will be Coeliac UK’s Anne Maloney, who will give advice on coping with new allergen legislation, and Allegra Foodservice, who will provide market analysis on the multi-site sector.
The Sustainable Restaurant Association will demonstrate its new ‘FoodSave’ waste-reduction initiative, while Development Chef Summit headline sponsor Farm Frites will discuss supply-side innovation and Callebaut will hold a chocolate tasting session and masterclass.
