Massimiliano Blasone, executive chef, One Kensington
One Kensington has appointed Massimiliano Blasone as its executive chef.
Previously of Nikita Malibu and Apsleys at The Lanesborough, Blasone will showcase his passion and experience in a relaxed and informal style at the restaurant.
MEanwhile, leading the front-of-house is general manager Karl Kessab, who arrives at One Kensington from beach-front restaurant Nikita Malibu in California - where Blasone also worked. Prior to this, the duo both resided at The Lanesborough.
One Kensington also recently announced the appointment of Sanjay Gour, formerly of The Royal Opera House and Murano, as executive pastry chef.
