Stephen Rey, executive chef, Lancaster London
Stephen Rey has been promoted to the position of executive chef at luxury hotel Lancaster London.
In his new role, Rey will oversee the kitchens of the hotel, which is one of the largest banqueting venues in Europe. Since joining the Lancaster London in March 2013, Rey has provided mentoring, coaching and succession planning to the culinary department.
Eibhear Coyle, executive assistant manager of operations at Lancaster London, said: “Stephen’s capability, skills and dedication to grow the business were proven in the 2013 F&B results. I am confident that he will drive, innovate, lead and maintain the incredible food standard we have here at this iconic landmark hotel.”
