Why you should buy it:

Elaine Higginson, managing director of United Coffee UK & Ireland, says: “Last year, hot chocolate was added to the Office for National Statistics’ Basket of Goods and Services, which shows that the drink has become mainstream rather than an occasional treat. Operators need to take advantage of this growing demand by creating an extensive hot drinks menu, which includes a premium-tasting hot chocolate - our new Lyons hot chocolate fills that gap.

“Our Classic hot chocolate with its rich taste, is versatile as it can be served on its own or in a mocha or a luxurious finish on a cappuccino. The Fairtrade Dark variety, apart from its delicious taste, ticks all of the boxes when it comes to provenance and sustainability.”
