Coffee shop company Harris & Hoole (H&H) recently launched its own app which allows baristas to see the preferences of customers as soon as they check-in to a H&H shop, enabling each outlet to offer a more personalised service.
The app also allows customers to customise their favourite beverage, adjusting elements such as size, temperature and type of milk. As an additional convenience, digital loyalty is integrated into the app, which ensures customers never have to carry a physical loyalty card again.
It has been designed to minimise 'noise' in the user experience, removing the need for scanners at the till or for customers to manually input codes; making the ordering process seamless and much faster.
To date, the app has been downloaded more than 12,000 times since it was launched and has been used over 65,000 times by customers to check in to H&H shops.
