Pidy has announced the launch of its first gluten-free and dairy-free pastry range which comes in three different varieties.

Product details:

The pastry range comes in three different varieties including a 10cm sized sweet pastry case, a 10cm sized neutral pastry case, and a 4cm sized canapé case. They are designed to have a handmade look and a crumbly texture.

They can be served hot or cold and can be filled with both sweet and savoury fillings.

USP:

The pastry cups are gluten-free which means they can cater to different dietary requirements and answer a growing demand. The gluten-free market has seen a double-digit growth since 2008.

The cases have also been designed to look individual and homemade.
