Frozen dessert producer Erlenbacher have launched three new flavours in their Cream Triangle Slices range; Raspberry and Cream Cheese, Strawberry and Buttermilk, and Mandarin and Cream Cheese.

Product details:

The Cream Triangle Slices are served pre-cut for convenience and have two layers of sponge with cream in between for a varied taste and texture.

The cakes come ready to serve and are pre-cut into 12 portions that can be removed as individual slices. Like the whole Erlenbacher range, none of the triangle cakes contain artificial flavours, artificial colours or added hydrogenated fats and oils or preservatives.

USP:

The triangle slices provide an alternative to fresh cream gateaux and their unusual shape is aesthetically pleasing. They have also been designed for convenience in a busy workplace and as something a little different to more classic cakes.

Why you should buy it:

The triangle slices are easy to serve as they come pre-cut and can be displayed either as a larger cake or in single slices. They are easy and quick to serve which makes them convenient to meet the demands of a modern market.

The raspberry and cream cheese, mandarin and cream cheese, and strawberry and buttermilk flavours are varied and can appeal to many different tastes.
