Specialists in American and Tex Mex Foods Funnybones Foodservice have launched Hogs Hammers, a new pork shanks product.

Product details:

The new product features individual pork shanks marinated in wild hog seasoning and slow-cooked for eight hours. Because the Hog Hammers are pre-cooked they can be heated up in the microwave in three minutes.

The Hog Hammers can be heated up very quickly and are versatile, working as starters, as part of a main dish or on a sharing platter.

They can also be finished off on a grill or griddle which will give them a barbequed appearance.

Why you should buy it:

The Hogs Hammers work well in busy environments as they can be served so quickly since they are pre-cooked.

They can also be served with a range of different sauces so they can be adapted to fit with a restaurant’s menu.
